Lloyd Daniels will get a chance to play basketball under Jerry Tarkanian after all. The San Antonio Spurs signed Daniels to a two-year contract. Daniels, 24, was recruited as a high school star in New York by Tarkanian to play at Nevada Las Vegas but did not play there after being arrested while buying cocaine in a crack house in Las Vegas.
