Glendale : Grant for Parent Training
The Glendale Board of Education on Tuesday approved a $32,513 federal grant for parent training.
The grant will be used to set up staff-development sessions for parents of at-risk or problem students.
This is the second year that the board has accepted a grant from the U.S. Department of Education to bolster the district’s program for parent education.
