SIMI VALLEY : Panel, Public Will Discuss Lab Cleanup
Local, state and federal representatives will attend a public meeting today concerning environmental conditions at and near Rocketdyne’s Santa Susana Field Laboratory southeast of Simi Valley.
The meeting, chaired by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Simi Valley City Council Chambers, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.
The participants, who call themselves the Santa Susana Field Laboratory Work Group, meet quarterly to share information regarding the cleanup of hazardous materials at the Rockwell site.
