Get Out the Vote: Fox, the network hot after young demographics, will air a special Sept. 16 designed to encourage young adults to register and vote in November. Pepsi-Cola will be the lone sponsor of the star-studded “Rock the Vote,” which will be produced by “thirtysomething” creators Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz. Celebrities scheduled to appear include Madonna, Meg Ryan, Spike Lee, Laura Dern, Christian Slater, Marlee Matlin and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
