So Darryl Strawberry thinks he might sit out the rest of the season to rest his aching back. Maybe the Dodgers should send him to Albuquerque to sit. I understand that the dry air and heat have great recuperative powers. Or better yet, he can sit on his paycheck for the rest of the season.

The Dodgers raised ticket prices to help pay for the players-crybabies on the field. Because the overpaid players aren’t producing, maybe as a good-will gesture the Dodgers will offer rebates to the fans.

And maybe hell will freeze over.
