* Clyde Tamanaha has been appointed vice president of operations at Diversified Pacific Construction Co., a general contractor and construction management firm in Irvine. He will direct estimating operations, project management and field supervision, and will be involved in each construction phase of a project. Tamanaha has previously worked at Robert E. McKee, Dillingham Construction, Kajima International and Fluor Corp.
