A Special Tribute: Comedian Richard Belzer and other friends of Sam Kinison will perform at a tribute Aug. 29 to raise money for the estate of the late comedian. Bill Kinison told Associated Press his brother was more than $1 million in debt when he was killed in a highway crash April 10. Others scheduled to be part of the tribute at the Celebrity Theatre in Anaheim include Jim Carrey, Carl Labove, Judy Tenuta and Pauly Shore.
