Toyota to Export Car From Kentucky to Japan: Toyota Motor Sales USA said it has begun exporting right-hand-drive versions of its Camry wagon to Japan from its assembly plant in Georgetown, Ky. The Camry is the first U.S. vehicle that Toyota is sending to Japan. American Honda Motor Co. has been exporting U.S.-made Accords to Japan since early 1988. The Camry wagon has been exported from Kentucky to Europe, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico since the spring.
