Nation IN BRIEF : FLORIDA : 4 Die, 18 Injured in Nightclub Shooting

Four people were killed and at least 18 wounded when several gunmen opened fire during a birthday party in a Jamaican nightclub in Miami, according to police and hospital officials. The gunmen, possibly linked to Jamaican drug gangs, started shooting at the crowded dance floor of the Taste of the Islands with automatic and semiautomatic weapons, officers said. Although police did not immediately release names of the victims, relatives said that one of those killed was Hilda LaToy Reynolds, who had been celebrating her 17th birthday.
