All Aboard for Comedy: Producer Don Cornelius, the man behind “The Soul Train Music Awards,” is going down a new track with “The Soul Train Comedy Awards,” which he plans to launch on a two-hour syndicated special next Aug. 3. The awards will honor the year’s funniest African-American comedy performers in television, film and stand-up.
