Owners Get No Respect

I am appalled at the greed and lack of respect for the mobile-home owners that the park owners have. They only think of how they can get more money from the homeowners at any cost.
They held the city of Oxnard and the homeowners hostage for nearly two years with their multimillion-dollar lawsuit and destroyed the rent ordinance we had with their so-called settlement agreement that only protects park owners. Neither the city nor homeowners can make any changes without the agreement of all 21 park owners.
Now the owner of Oxnard Pacific Mobile Home Park wants to raise the rents to $500 a month. This would be almost a 50% increase in rent for most homeowners.
The mobile-home owners in Oxnard are mad as hell and are not going to take it any longer.
