Ousted Film Executives File Suit: Moshe Diamant and Eduardo Sarlui, who last weekend were unseated as co-chief executives of Epic Productions, are asking $100 million in damages from Credit Lyonnais, Epic’s lender. Attorneys for the pair said they and the bank had been in negotiations for more than a year over “tens of millions in distribution fees” that Diamant and Sarlui say were owed them. The suit was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
