Glendale : Opening of Hospital Unit

Activities throughout September will mark the opening of Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center’s new Heart and Emergency Center.
The new building will bring together the diagnostic and treatment facilities of the cardiology department, which had been housed in separate parts of the old hospital. The center also has a larger emergency room with better street access.
The official opening of the facility will be Sept. 17. A preview tour for Glendale Memorial employees, volunteers and medical staff is planned for Sept. 15. Public tours are planned from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Sept. 27.
