Huntington Park : 300 Expected Saturday for City’s Graffiti Cleanup
Community leaders, residents and merchants will take to the streets early Saturday morning in search of walls, houses and other buildings that have been scrawled with graffiti.
The citywide graffiti cleanup day, sponsored by more than a dozen civic organizations, will begin at 8:30 at S & R Metals, 2070 Randolph Ave., and will end at about 1 p.m.
Councilman Luis Hernandez is heading the cleanup effort, which is expected to draw more than 300 participants.
