Culver City : Hearing on Sony Expansion
A public hearing on Sony Pictures’ proposed expansion will be held at 7 p.m. Monday in the Howe Elementary School auditorium at 4100 Irving Place.
The purpose of the hearing, which could spill over to Tuesday evening in City Council Chambers, is to enable the council and Redevelopment Agency to determine the completeness and adequacy of the draft Environmental Impact Report. The agency will not review or act on the proposed project itself. Those hearings will be held in late fall or winter.
Those wishing to speak Monday are limited to three minutes; 12 copies of any written comments are required for submission. For further information about the process, telephone Colleen Egbert at (310) 280-5949. Questions about the proposed project may be directed to Joseph Montoya at (310) 202-5782.
