Super Sales: Sperry Van Ness’ Jim Marino has had a good month. Within a two-week span, the Newport Beach broker arranged the sale of two shopping centers for a total of $7.8 million. Marino handled the sale of the 73,000-square-foot McKinley Freeway Center in Corona and the 40,000-square-foot Woodside Village Center in West Covina.
