Office Added: Hill International Inc., a construction consulting firm, has added a fifth office to its western division, which is headquartered in Newport Beach. Based in Willingboro, N.J., Hill International recently opened a Northern California branch in Walnut Creek, near San Francisco. The western division also has offices in San Diego, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.
