Imagine Offer Anticipated: An investor group assembled by attorney Peter Dekom may make an offer for Imagine Films Entertainment Inc. as early as this week, according to industry sources. Imagine’s productions include “Far and Away” and “Parenthood.” Co-Chairmen Ron Howard and Brian Grazer have said that they plan to leave the publicly traded company in November, when their contracts expire. Several other companies have reportedly expressed interest in Imagine. Dekom’s investors are said to include businessman Jack Crosby.
