Standard Logic Inc.: The Anaheim manufacturer of electronics products reported a profit of $126,312, or 1 cent a share, for its third fiscal quarter, which ended July 25. That was down 62% from earnings of $328,910, or 4 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue for the quarter declined 15% to $570,477 from $671,446. Year-to-date earnings totaled $799,517, or 9 cents a share, up 84% from the $434,104, or 5 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose 67% to $2 million from $1.2 million. In a separate announcement, the company said negotiations are underway for third-party financing for a proposed merger between its subsidiary and Appoint Inc., a Paso Robles maker of computer input devices.
