Cal State Fees

Judge Robert O’Brien ruled that the Cal State system must charge illegal immigrants non-resident tuition fees, but a spokesman for Cal State claims it will cost money to verify the resident status of students. Utter nonsense! All the universities have to do is ask to see birth certificates, naturalization papers or green cards!
