Sol Baer Fielding; Former Film Producer, Comic Strip Artist

Sol Baer Fielding, 83, a former MGM producer whose films included “Jeopardy” with Barbara Stanwyck, “Bright Road” with Harry Belafonte and “Tennessee Champ” with Shelley Winters. Fielding spent part of his career as a graphic artist and at one time drew the comic strip “Rusty” for the old Los Angeles Herald-Express. He also produced satirical cartoons for various political campaigns. On Sept. 2 in Los Angeles.
