SAVE WITH CARE: Working Mother magazine has its eye on which companies care about working moms. The October issue lists its Top 100 such U.S. companies. Among them: Cypress-based PacifiCare Health Systems. . . . The publication says the health care firm subsidizes child care costs for any of its 1,800 employees who earn less than $60,000. Says PacifiCare chief executive Terry Hartshorn: “We try to be a positive place. Most people think that costs money, but in the long run, it saves.”
