Enhanced Imaging Appoints Chief Operating Officer

Andrew G. Hofmann has been appointed chief operating officer of Enhanced Imaging Technologies Inc. in Irvine. He will continue as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Enhanced Imaging’s Vari-X Inc. subsidiary. Hofmann joined the company from Siemens-Burdick Corp., where he was vice president of sales and marketing. In addition, Robert G. Quinn has been appointed vice president for corporate affairs and secretary. He had previously been with the law firm Cooley Godward Castro Huddleson & Tatum in Newport Beach, where he specialized in corporate transactions, securities and international law, and was Enhanced Imaging’s primary legal counsel.
