Guard Sarunas Marciulionis of the Golden State Warriors will be sidelined for four to six weeks after breaking his right fibula and spraining his right ankle.
Marciulionis was injured over the weekend when he stepped on a root or branch while running through a wooded area near his home in Vilnius, Lithuania, the team said.
Marciulionis, 28, was the NBA’s top scoring reserve last season with 18.9 points per game.
