Microsoft Corp. announced that it won’t begin shipping Windows NT until early 1993. The software giant set a goal of shipping the new operating system by December, 1992 . . . Northwest Airlines has received Transportation Department approval to buy Hawaiian Airlines’ route authority from Honolulu to Fukuoka, Japan. Northwest will forgive a $7-million loan to Hawaiian, along with interest.
