MONEY-COME-LATELY: Tully’s caution notwithstanding, the optimism surrounding the Clinton camp clearly has shown that in political fund raising, nothing succeeds like success. . . . “I can’t tell you the number of people who call me now and say, ‘You know, I’ve always been for Bill Clinton, and now I think it’s the right time for me to step forward and demonstrate that support by writing a check,’ ” Democratic fund-raiser Robert Farmer said recently, a faint note of derision in his voice. . . .
