Ralph W. Magnus has joined the Laguna Hills office of Boston Capital Partners, Inc. as Southwest regional vice president. He succeeds Karen Satterberg, who is now Northwest regional vice president. Before joining the developer of affordable housing properties, Magnus was Western regional vice president of Real Property Services, Inc.
