All that Noise Takes Fun From Football

Two years ago USC and Larry Smith had no idea how to deal with the noise at Husky Stadium in Seattle. Unlike UCLA, which developed a system of hand signals, quick counts and the like to counter the noise at Tennessee (please look at last year’s UCLA-Tennessee tape, Larry) USC was yelped into total frustration during a horrific first half.

Will Coach Smith do a better job this year with two weeks to prepare for the din? Stay tuned.
