PRO FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : RAMS

As the passing game continued to misfire during the first four games, the Rams kept saying it was due to a combination of little mistakes--a dropped pass here, a missed block there.

Against the 49ers Sunday, few blocks were missed and few passes were dropped, but Knox isn’t predicting that the Rams are in the groove to stay.

“You’re out of sync, you’re in sync, and then you’re out of sync,” Knox said. “You know, defenses have something to say about it. It’s not like you turn on a spigot and turn on the offense any time you want to.”
