Gramacci Clothing Firm Buys Building in Oxnard

Gramacci Products, an outdoor clothing manufacturer currently located in an unincorporated area between Ventura and Oxnard, has purchased a 15,000-square-foot building in Oxnard for use as its administrative offices and warehouse.
The company, which has 100 employees, will continue to produce garments at its present location on South Bank Road in the El Rio area, but is looking for a new manufacturing plant.
Mike Crocker, a broker with Don L. Carlton Commercial Realtors in Ventura, said the newly purchased building on South A Street was chosen because Gramacci’s owners, Mike Graham and Don Love, wanted room for expansion. The firm also wanted to be closer to its labor force, Crocker added.
The A Street site will also serve as an outlet store, a company spokesman said. Currently, Gramacci markets its products mainly through outdoor clothing and equipment retailers.
