The League of Women Voters will describe and present arguments for and against the major ballot measures at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Temple Beth Hillel, 12326 Riverside Drive, in North Hollywood. At 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, league representatives will host a nonpartisan discussion of the ballot measures at the Woodland Hills Library at 22200 Ventura Blvd. Admission is free. More information can be obtained by calling (818) 887-0160. All three events are open to the public.
