The Right Stereotype
In regard to Jane Galbraith’s “Facts of the ‘Mohicans’ ” (Oct. 10), please have her note that no movie author of the implied period would have an Indian say, “Me smokee.” That would be a Chinese. An Indian would say, “Smokum.”
