A judge in Columbus, Ohio, will decide over the next few weeks whether quarter-miler Butch Reynolds is entitled to as much as $27.3 million from the ruling body of international track and field.
U.S. District Judge Joseph Kinneary heard arguments from attorneys in Reynolds’ lawsuit against the London-based International Amateur Athletic Federation, which was not represented in the courtroom because it does not recognize the court’s authority.
