Ward’s “Stand-Up Opera” at Upstairs at the Pasadena Playhouse has been extended by five performances, Thursday through Nov. 1. . . . Broadway performer Barbara Cook has been booked into the Westwood Playhouse for three weeks, Nov. 15-Dec. 6, preceded by previews on Nov. 13-14.
