A WINNING GEORGE: Since graduation from then-Chapman College in 1959, local developer George Argyros has given his alma mater both his time and huge cash contributions. Monday night, Chapman University gives official thanks to him and his wife Judie, with dedication of the $16-million Argyros Forum, a new center for student and community events. . . . Argyros, now chairman of its Board of Trustees, at first demurred on the honor. But the other trustees insisted.
