Donald Crim has been promoted to senior vice president of wafer fab operations for Silicon Systems, a Tustin semiconductor company. He joined the company in 1988 as vice president of operations for its newly acquired Santa Cruz facility. In 1989, Crim was appointed vice president of wafer fab operations.
