ANTELOPE VALLEY COLLEGE : Journal Features 6 Faculty Works
The works of six Antelope Valley College faculty members have been printed in the 1992 edition of The Forum, a journal of the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges.
Essays, poems and artworks were solicited from faculty members at the state’s 107 community colleges, but only 40 were selected for publication, seven from full- or part-time faculty members at Antelope Valley College.
Those represented in the journal from the college are Lee Bergthold, Bobbie Coleman, Charles Hood, Kate Gale Harper, Eugenie Trow and Lori Wolf.
Rae Yoshida, vice president of academic affairs, said works from so many Antelope Valley instructors is a reflection of the quality faculty and nurturing environment at the college.
