Carolyn Siffermann was appointed vice president for finance and controller of Republic and all of its subsidiaries.
Before joining Republic, Brauer served as vice president for business and legal affairs at World International Network.
Siffermann joined Republic Pictures in 1987 as assistant controller and was promoted to controller in 1990.
