Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Santa Ana medical device company reported net earnings of $444,000, or 13 cents a share, for the first fiscal 1993 quarter, up 10% from the $403,000, or 13 cents a share, recorded for the corresponding period last year. Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 7%, to $4.8 million from $4.5 million. Earnings per share remained constant due to a 5% increase in average common and common stock equivalent shares.
