RUSSIAN PLAYGROUND: How much do the Russian people know about Orange County? They’ll learn a lot more in February, when a major Russian business magazine, DeLovie Lyudi, plans to run an eight-page special about the county. On a recent visit, editor-in-chief Vadim Biriukov said he wants to promote trade between here and there. He added: “I remain fascinated by the wonderful lifestyle here. Almost every day, I play tennis in the morning with my American friends in the Newport Beach Tennis Club.”
