A Bank of America branch at 3233 Park Center Drive was robbed of an estimated $930 Monday by a man who gave a teller a note saying he had a gun, police said.

The suspect walked into the bank shortly after 10:30 a.m. and handed the teller the note, asking for $100, $50 or $20 bills, said Police Officer Wayne Riedmann. He said nothing other than “hurry up,” Riedmann said.

The suspect then escaped on foot, Riedmann said. He was described as white, in his 30s, about 6 feet 1 inch tall with a thin build and a dark complexion, and wearing a black jacket, dark pants and a blue baseball cap with the words Soho International in white lettering printed along the front, Riedmann said.
