Caltech Professor Gets $6,000 Award

Caltech chemistry professor Harry B. Gray will receive the Kaj Linderstrom-Lang Prize for 1992 from the Kaj Linderstrom-Lang Endowment Fund Dec. 2 in a ceremony at the Carlsberg Laboratory in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The $6,000 prize is awarded every three years to recognize outstanding achievements in biochemistry or physiology. Gray is being honored for his contributions to the study of the electron transport mechanism in proteins.
