Convicted: Actor Phill Lewis, who starred in the short-lived 1991 CBS sitcom “Teech” and appeared in the movie “City Slickers,” has been convicted by a jury in a county circuit court in Rockville, Md., of vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving in the death of a young woman. Lewis, 23, faces up to 10 years in prison when sentenced in January. His car crashed head-on into the woman’s car near Washington last December.
