Still Flying: Despite being one of television’s lowest-rated series, “Flying Blind” has received an order for nine additional episodes from Fox Broadcasting, giving it a full season order of 22 shows. The 10 p.m. Sunday entry stars Corey Parker as a recent college graduate who begins a relationship with an uninhibited habitue of New York City’s arts subculture (Tea Leoni). It ranks 103rd among 109 series broadcast on the four major commercial networks this season.
