West Covina : Metrolink Shuttle OKd

To assist residents who want to use the Metrolink commuter train, City Council on Tuesday voted 3-0 to provide shuttle service to the Baldwin Park Metrolink station when it opens in February.
The new route, which extends the services of city shuttle provider DAVE Transportation Service Inc., will run from parking facilities at City Hall to the station in Baldwin Park from 5:30 to 8:30 a.m. and from 4:15 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Providing the service from Feb. 1 through June 30 will cost the city $19,000 in Proposition C sales tax funds.
