* Todd P. Leavitt has been promoted to executive vice president of planning and operations at NBC Productions. Leavitt, who had been senior vice president at NBC’s Burbank-based offices, will now oversee strategic planning, particularly in the area of international co-productions, equity financing and ancillary markets for the network’s in-house production unit.
