President’s Legal Residence Sold

Redstone Hotel Inc. has completed its $33.5-million purchase of the Houstonian Hotel, allowing the previous owner of President Bush’s Houston address to emerge from bankruptcy.

Dallas-based Redstone bought the 12-year-old hotel from Houstonian Properties Ltd., which last February filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of federal bankruptcy laws.
