Fluor Corp. Increases Dividend: Fluor Corp. announced Tuesday that it is raising its quarterly dividend to 12 cents a share, payable Jan. 12 to those owning the stock as of Dec. 22.

Fluor, based in Irvine, said it is increasing the dividend from last quarter’s 10 cents because the international engineering and construction company had a good year and because of next year’s “positive business outlook for both engineering and construction. . . .”
