AND ONE MORE THING: An intriguing array of rock memorabilia items--including a copy of Madonna’s “Sex” book signed by the author/subject herself--has been donated for an auction to raise money for the Westside Women’s Health Center, which provides medical and counseling services for women living below the poverty line. The auction is part of a “Saturnalia” benefit for the center, organized by a committee of major record company talent scouts, that will be held Saturday at the Castle in the Hollywood Hills. Among the other items up for bid: a smashed ukulele signed by Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain, a skateboard signed by the members of Sonic Youth, a rare yellow vinyl single of Prince’s “Sexy MF,” a vintage ‘60s clothing item signed by Lenny Kravitz and--our favorite--a bag of popcorn signed by Rickie Lee Jones.
