Hopefully, with Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, U.S. foreign policy is growing up, and our country is assuming adult responsibilities in the world, putting away childish things like the conquest of Grenada and the sneak attack on Panama. As a war veteran (Korea) I have not been so proud of the U.S. armed forces since World War II.
